New medical facility serving families in Douglas County

The Evergreen Family Medicine Family & Women’s Health project was a negotiated CM/GC contract that involved the complete renovation of an existing two-story wood framed building into a modern medical office. The Evergreen Family project includes completely new mechanical and electrical systems including low voltage systems typical of today’s medical offices. Chambers Construction and 2fORM Architecture worked together with the owner from conceptual design discussions to final construction completion. The project was completed on time for client move-in and was under budget.
