Chambers Construction has worked as the general contractor on renovations, remodels, office and commercial buildings, institutional, educational facilities, manufacturing, medical facilities, mixed-used and multi-family projects of all shapes and sizes. We achieve this by custom tailoring our project teams, systems, and processes to fit the unique challenges and project goals that each of our clients bring to the table.

Negotiated CM/GC work comprises the core of our business. Since 2008, we have built over $400 million in CM/GC projects, accounting for over 80% of the total work we have completed during that period. From preconstruction planning and cost modeling, to bidding and building; and, from accounting and invoicing, to warranty and post-construction service, we are built from the ground up to meet our client’s needs before, during, and after construction.

We actively pursue projects ranging in size from $100,000 to $80 million.

Sustainable Construction

We have embraced our responsibility to integrate sustainable building practices into every project we are involved with. Regardless of the project goals, Chambers takes responsibility to think of the environment throughout the project’s life.

Chambers Construction has completed numerous LEED certified buildings in Lane County, including the area’s first LEED Platinum certified building; and, we have helped countless owners achieve LEED-equivalent buildings without actually going through the certification process.

​As a firm, Chambers Construction is highly efficient in developing and executing project-specific strategies to achieve LEED certification. We have successfully certified LEED Silver, Gold, and Platinum buildings; and, have certified projects using every primary LEED rating system: New Construction & Major Renovations, Core & Shell, and Commercial Interiors.
