Renovation to open office/collaboration spaces and test kitchen

We worked with the owner and architect on this highly sustainable renovation adding skylights, new window openings and dynamic interior finishes revitalizing a building in Eugene’s Whitaker District. We sourced FSC certified wood materials, worked with all trades to achieve LEED-compatible mechanical and lighting systems, and reduced the environmental impact of construction in alignment with Coconut Bliss’ vision for ecological and social sustainability.
