Design-Build solution for the University of Oregon’s University Housing Department

Built on land purchased by the University of Oregon decades ago, the LEED-certified kitchen centralizes services for the university’s growing student housing population. As the first Design-Build project undertaken by UO, the building features advanced energy threshold design to promote sustainability within its state-of-the-art kitchen and bakery. Cost efficiency techniques maximized the budget while blending the overall design into the east campus neighborhood.
