"We filled both wish lists and added a few goodies as well." Chambers Construction was excited to participate in the 2017 Holiday Giving Program at Womenspace. Project Engineer Cassandra Dare worked with the team at Womenspace to identify two families we could sponsor.
Women’s Space is a local nonprofit that serves victims and survivors of domestic violence in intimate partner relationships. They provide emergency crisis intervention to help victims and their children escape the immediate danger of abusive relationships, but also provide support services that help them transform from victims into survivors who have reclaimed their lives and live without violence and fear of further abuse. The wish lists from our chosen families were short, however, with the help of Chambers employees and a generous donation from Chambers Construction, we filled both wish lists and added a few goodies as well.

Eighteen Chambers employees, family and friends walked and jogged in the Willamalane Park and Recreation District Turkey Stuffer this year.
